02. Products and Availability

All products are offered while supplies last. Colors, sizing availability, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may not exactly match the received item.

03. Orders and Payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. Daily Dons reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after confirmation, for reasons such as pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout.

04. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Daily Dons is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

05. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at the address below. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

06. Medical Disclaimer

Daily Dons products are designed to assist with the dressing process for individuals with limited mobility. They are not medical devices, do not constitute medical advice, and are not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your recovery plan and any adaptive equipment you use.
